Westminster Briefing in partnership with ATM (Association of Teachers of Mathematics) has developed a one day Mathematics CPD course which will help you and your school teach the new Mathematics curriculum, focusing on assessment without levels. When you attend, you will also receive a complimentary copy of ATM's book Assessment in the New National Curriculum. This is an intensive day of training for anyone involved in teaching Mathematics. Packed with teaching tips and techniques to tackle the challenges of integrating assessment with learning and teaching associated with the new GCSEs, with time to try them out and discuss what works, this course is designed to equip you to teach the new courses with confidence and creativity, whether you are new to teaching mathematics or an experienced practitioner. Those attending will receive a copy of Assessment in the New National Curriculum as well as all the materials used, including presentation slides and resources.
