Advertisement sizes are 150 pixels wide and up to 300 pixels deep. Animated advertisements are not normally accepted. Website advertisements should be in jpg or png format, fully-optimised, and sized at 150 pixels wide.

Advertisers placing an advertisement in the printed journal can receive a 20% discount on an associated website advertisement. 5% discount for advertising in three consecutive issues.

ATM reserves the rights to reject any advertisement that contravenes ATM’s aims and objectives at ATM’s exclusive discretion.

Discount

Advertisers placing an advertisement in the printed journal receive a 20 per cent discount on an associated website advertisement.

5% discount for advertising in three consecutive print issues or two month web-cycles.

Artwork and deadlines

Any rates, when quoted, are for camera ready artwork, or supplied as per details below. If you require your typesetting to be done there will be an extra charge depending on the copy supplied. For line artwork which is to be scanned into position on an advertisement there will be a charge of £10.00 per scan.

Inserts to be at our distributors 2 weeks before publication. 5 per cent discount for advertising in three consecutive issues.

Technical Information

Format

Digital files should be as near actual size as possible and supplied either as a Photoshop EPS or TIFF for use with AppleMac. Alternatively, we can accept PDFs at actual size. (All fonts are to be embedded into the PDF). Please also send all scans and fonts used in the advert.

In full colour adverts all scans should be in CMYK at a resolution of 300 dpi.

Proofs

A printed proof must be supplied. Adverts not accompanied by a printed proof will not be accepted.

Delivery

Files can be received either on a zip disc (100MB), on a CD for AppleMac or via ISDN (01223 221914). If the latter facility is used, a printed proof must still be sent by post.
