Developing Number v2

Developing Number v2 Curriculum Online Registered Provider

You are probably here as a result of a link in the book ‘Exciting ICT in Mathematics’.

Developing Number Version 2 is here - containing improved versions of the favourites, Tables, Complements and Numbers, and also a new pupil program Powers of 10. In addition the package includes a new Manager program which allows easy access to progress records of pupils by the teacher.

This package helps you build the foundations of number work and develop number concepts with Primary and Secondary School Pupils. The programs are suitable for work on Place Value, Decimals, Mental Arithmetic and Multiplication Tables up to 100 (one hundred!) x 10.

Already used within the daily mathematics lesson in Primary Schools, as seen in the National Numeracy Strategy Training Video and highly recommended by a growing number of secondary teachers. These programs can be used as a resource for the whole class teaching and small group activities; they are highly flexible in their level of content and provide stimulating activities.

All pupil programs can have their environments in one of three languages (English, Welsh and French) and the ‘Numbers’ program offers pupils the opportunity to learn the number names in any of the three languages making it a valuable resource for cross-curricular teaching and learning.

Our Professional Officer is available to run courses which use this CD and other similar software.
