Help with our website

What does it mean 'register' with the website?

You don’t have to register with the ATM website if you don't want to. The only time you have to 'register' is if you are using the shop, and then, registering means only providing your name, address and contact details so that we can process the order and get the postage rates right.

If, however, you are a member of ATM, you will need to register in order to see the members’ only articles and other pages that are restricted to ATM members.

You will also need to be registered, as a member, to obtain your discount in the ATM BuyOnLine shop - otherwise we don’t know if you are entitled to the discount.

OK, so how do I register?

Register here

All members: for the first time using this new website system you will need to register.

The email address you use when registering must be the one held by the ATM office against your membership. If the office has an old, defunct, email address for you then you will need to contact the office (01332 346599) or email them to get it changed on the office database.

When you have registered you will get a password by email. Use the email address and password to log in at the top right hand side of any page.

Already registered?

If you have already registered, you will have received a new password. Use your email address and password to login (the very top of every page) and off you go.

Lost your password?

If you have lost your password (remember to check whether the email has been filtered into a junk folder) you can get it sent to you again here. Use the second box down the page and enter the email address you used to register. Your password will be emailed to you.

Other problems?

We have spent a long time trying to ensure the system is robust. Things do, however, occasionally go wrong. In which case email me at webeditor@atm-online.org.uk and I'll do my best to sort it out for you. Please tell me as much detail about the problem as possible, which page, what was the error message (if any). Please include your full name, membership number, the email address you are using and any other information you think might help.
