What happens now?
You will receive an email to which you must reply (just hit reply and send it back) to confirm your remove request. This is to prevent anyone else removing your email address without your knowledge. If that email doesn’t seem to arrive: check your junk or spam mailbox.
Problems?
Sometimes people forget that they have an old email address that is still receiving emails but they are forwarded to a new email account by their Internet service provider. This can be confusing because it might look as though the email is being sent to the new address when in actual fact the address we are sending to is the old one. We have no control over that. If a ‘Remove’ request does not seem to be stopping emails arriving, then try entering the old email address in the form above. Otherwise you will need to email our webmaster directly to sort it out.
